| Our desire is to produce natural beef that is healthy for the family. Therefore, we use NO growth hormones or antibiotics. That is also the reason we have chosen the Piedmontese breed of beef. They have been proven to naturally have less fat, and lower cholesterol content then skinless chicken. Yet, it is very tender and flavorful. We sell it by the package, quarters, or halves. It can be picked up on the farm by appointment or shipped. We are also at the Lafayette Farmers Market on Saturday mornings May-Oct. We have naturally raised pork and natural, pastured chicken available in our area. You may contact us for information. The grass/alfalfa hay that we sell was baled after it had been cured and dried properly with no rain. We can deliver.
